  I applied for a home loan in June and received excellent customer service from the loan officer, processing staff and realtor partner. A great staff of professionals all around. Highly recommended for first time home buyers.

  I submitted a mortgage application online sometime in the middle of June, was notified online that I would be receiving a call about my application within a few business days. I waited over a week without hearing anything before contacting the company. I sent an email to the lady I'm assuming was assigned my application, Christy Cunningham. She quickly emailed me back asking for my social security info. Exactly one week after providing her my info and not hearing anything, I emailed AGAIN. At this point she called me and explained she had a family emergency and that she would process my application right away and to call her back later in the day. I called back and left a message on her voicemail. That was on June 29. Today is July 9 and I STILL have not heard anything from her. Even if my application has been denied, a simple phone call or email to notify me of this would have been appreciated. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any company.
