      Blair was our realtor and she was amazing! We were trying to buy our first home and she helped make the process smooth from start to finish. She was really great in helping us to understand the process, what we needed to get done, getting us into houses for showings, and advice from her experiences. She was always punctual, professional, and so nice! With her help, we were able to close fast on a home we loved! Highly recommend!

      Fantastic! Blair was great from start to finish. My wife and I had a slow start to our first home purchase due to our own schedules, but Blair was very patient with us, and once we started rolling she kept the momentum going! Whether for 1 or 4 showings, Blair had a great schedule and was very responsive to our desires, even when we weren't totally sure what we were looking for. When we started putting in offers, Blair was extremely quick and was only slowed by us! Closing was also painless and expedient. Definitely recommend Blair,whether you are first timers like us, or experienced.

      Adrienne Herzog is very efficient and hard working. The probate specialty services she offers were very useful to my situation. As soon as I decided to go with here as my agent, she went into action: - Met me at the property on a day that fit into my schedule. - Arranged to have necessary repairs done on the Condo. These repairs were completed very quickly. - Created a very nice listing, with professional pictures that showcased the property in the best way possible, by the following Thursday. - Kept in contact with me consistently and in a very timely manner. She made sure that she understood my wishes and communicated her expertise on the market very well. - Arranged the Personal Representative's Deed that was necessary to sell the property. This alone was a valuable service that saved me a lot of stress. Adrienne made me feel like I was her most important client and I'm extremely grateful for her work, which helped me immensely during a tough time dealing with probate issues!
