+1 star for existing +1 star for closing -1 star for poor communication, organization -1 star for creating false expectations -1 star for delegating their responsibilities to me The property I sold closed two weeks after the projected timeframe for a variety of reasons. When I contacted them I would receive conflicting information depending on who I was in contact with. I ended up contacting two law offices to get them paperwork they needed only to find out after the fact there was another option available that could have been presented earlier to avoid this legwork on my part and hundreds of dollars in legal fees. When I contacted them asking to pay the legal fees they said they would. Then they wouldn't respond for a week at a time. After following up multiple times, despite them saying they would contact me, I'm told they are not going to cover the legal fees. In sum, poor customer service and far from a professional outfit I would recommend dealing with.
