  My husband and I have banked with Columbia Bank for over 20 years through our business and personal. The GH branch has taken great care of us, recently we had our son join the bank and get a car loan. Carter at the bank is absolutely AWESOME and on top of things, he took great care of our family (he also stays on top of us for our business too). If you are looking for a personal banking experience and not talking to a computer, we highly recommend the GH Pt Fosdick Branch.

  I have been banking with Columbia Bank for over 20 years. In that time I have had one pay check that didn’t clear, it was reissued and cleared. Now they are making deposits difficult with companies that have never had issues. I can get terrible service at banks with far more locations and better services. I have stayed with Columbia for all these years because they have been fair and provided a more personal service. That seems to be disappearing. Might be time to rethink my banking choices. —————————— The ridiculous treatment with mobile deposit continues, they left me with almost nothing available for the holiday weekend. I deposited a second weekly paycheck and They haven’t released the funds from previous weeks paycheck yet. It’s never been this awful in the over 20 years I have been banking with Columbia. Overall I would have given them 5 star review until this interaction. I don’t know if there’s been management changes, if that’s the case they made a poor decision.

  It's a small branch of a small but growing regional. Friendly and informative staff.
