      I stopped late on a Friday to deposit a check. The drive through was open and empty. I was greeted by a polite, cheerful teller that completed my transaction quickly. Not my usual branch, but it is closer and not as busy as the other branches. I will use this branch now.

      Staff is very polite and friendly from my experiences. Monthly maintenance fees, ATM fees, fees for fees etc etc... Recently I made an online purchase that Colombia deemed a security risk and they cancelled my card without notice. I was unaware until my cellphone service was interrupted. A very easy mistake to avoid with a phone call, email or text. I'm closing my account and switching to a Credit Union that won't nickel and dime me to death.
