  I recently refinanced an auto loan with the help of Barbara Kelso. Shortly after the process I received a notice stating that Columbia Credit Union hadn't received notification of being listed as a total loss payee on my insurance. After reaching out to my insurance company and having thought it was resolved, I received a second notice. Again I reached out to my insurance company and provided documentation, this time also sending a message to Barbara about what had taken place as well as a copy of the documentation. I got a timely response that stated, "I'll let you know if anything else is needed". To my surprise, I got a third response stating that insurance was being forced on my loan in the amount of $7000. Wow! I immediately reached out to Barbara and she worked diligently with all parties involved and stayed in communication with me regarding her progress to get this resolved. She spent a good amount of time contacting all parties and I am very happy to say that her efforts were successful. She epitomizes what "member services" means. Thank you Barb!

  Linda and Angela are amazing! They're both very sweet and personable. I love coming to this specific location because of how friendly everyone is and how it's a lot less busy than other banks.
