      I have had Columbia CU for years and had nothing but great service and good rates, with no fees. I have been to this branch specifically quite a few times as well and had a good experience every time. I'm not sure why anyone else is having trouble but I would highly recommend Columbia CU.

      Locked my account at close of buisness on Friday and have zero customer support outside of 9 to 5. As many have mentioned their online banking is clunky and unhelpful, this bank is clearly stuck in the past. Bank elsewhere I suggest On-point ccu

      I’ve had good bank accounts and bad bank accounts, I’ve never had one that just let the overdrafts pile on as high as this rip-off bank. They will wipe you clean if given the opportunity. When my card was stolen online and charged wrongfully, I sent all the necessary paperwork. Followed up multiple times and they never dropped the charge. Stay far away
