      I decided to switch to CCU after being with a local bank for over a decade and am glad I did so. I was helped by Magie Rhea and she was fantastic. I came to her with a list of questions and things I needed to get done, and left feeling like I had a weight taken off my shoulders. Great branch.

      It’s better to just be apart of a normal bank. Their interest rates are even lower than somehow possible on savings, but they’ll sure shaft you on loans. Their customer service is last to none and they make no effort to improve it. My advice do not bank here.

      Extraordinarily bad service on auto loan - 2 months after payoff Columbia mailed the title to our vehicle without tracking or any form of verification. Title was lost in mail and Columbia would not even cover the DMV fee for a replacement.
