      Never use this Lender particularly Severine HINES and Jorge Perera. They changed the Mortgage Rate just before the closing ! Everything was OVERPRICED !!!!!! It was a conventional Loan and at the end it was a Hard money. All the conditions was changed !!! BE AWARE and NEVER USE THIS LENDER !!
