I have banked there for 42 years and have never had a problem....Always polite and eager to help. The staff is totally amazing. Wish they had more locations though for ATM's.

I had a terrible time banking here and would not recommend it to anyone. The banking app is unreliable. You can hardly login. Remote deposit never works. So you usually have to go to the bank where there is a horrible rude lady that works window that acts irritated by everyone and everything. As well as every time I went in for something important there was never a super visor on duty to approve the transaction.

The tellers are nice. Staff is mostly nice. My husband and I had banked with them for the past year and a half now. Never had a problem with my account. However, last month my account was closed without me or my husband having any knowledge of it. I was told that they sent us letters, which we never received (and yes I do have a good address). They claimed we had left my account overdrafted for more than 45 days from the date of Sept. 23, 2021. Our account has never been overdrafted that long. The overdraft was paid with mine and my husband's direct deposits about 2 weeks after September 23rd. Not over 45 days like they claimed. And for that our account was closed and we had to reopen and pay almost $300 even though I didn't think we were at fault. Other than that we have had positive experiences. But for now on, we will monitor our account better.
