      This is to let top management at Commerica know that I am still a depositor at your bank based on the actions of banker Nadia Tomina. After being upset with the customer service line I called this location and the call was answered by Nadia. When I began my angry tirade(something I wasn't proud of afterwards) and threatened to close my account Nadia calmed me down and offered to meet me at the opening of the next day while explaining the virus precautions to be taken. Needless to say my problems were handled to my satisfaction. Being a retired sales manager I can only say "good job Nadia" and thank you.

      Worst Comerica branch in Michigan. Go somewhere, anywhere but this office. I mean sure, Comerica abandoned Michigan for Texas but this place takes the cake. Decent Comerica branches are not too far away...
