      This branch has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I'm closing all of my accounts and moving them to another bank. Unable to speak to the branch manager for 4 months, after she advised she would call me back as soon as she was done with her customer. Promise to return my telephone calls numerous times and have never received a call. If you think their rating is so good, check out YelpI Take a look at how many people have closed their account with this branch! I guess I'm not that important after all!

      Pity service, bad treatment, they didn't want to change a bill pay check from Comerica bank to my name. Because I didn't have an account and they didn't recognize the check. They need more training both the manager and the cashier at the window .. I do not return and do not recommend that branch (the check was changed without problem at another branch)
