This is the greatest branch in the area! The staff is friendly, professional, and extremely competent. Despite what some of the other reviews have implied, the staff goes out of their way to ensure that all customers are taken care of. If they can't do something or ask for additional information there is always a regulatory or policy reason behind it.

Horrible bank, staff has no idea what they are doing. Erica lied to branch manager because she got caught not knowing her job and told me incorrect information. 7 years of perfect payments and loc closed due to waste of space employees that don't know their job.

Every experience I have at a Commerce Bank branch is great! Even during crazy times of this pandemic, they've done their best to be as accommodating as possible. Really appreciate the gentleman who helped me today with an odd request and was so polite and helpful even when he was the only one working the drive-thru and was super busy!
