      It is like a small town bank. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They know my name! The treat customers like people. They have always listened and been able to figure out what I want even when I don't have the knowledge to articulate my need. I even got a personal thank you letter when I opened my accounts, from the person who opened them. This is a wonderful bank with a great staff.
