      If i need to talk to someone at a branch location and its busy it transfers me to a switchboard operator which cannot help me at all you guys need to fix that we can wait on hold instead of having to call back a ton of times hoping to speak to someone at that location instead getting the switchboard opeator 10 times in a row and i still havent spoke to nobody at the branch location this is ridiculous ‼️🤡

      This bank will fine you to death for anything and everything. Tried to close our account after they fined us over $100 for having a balance below $10,000 (which wasn't supposed to happen, they gave us the wrong account type). But the guy failed to close out account fully, so when a subscription got charged to our account (giving us a negative balance) the bank tried to charge us over $100 again! Do not bank with Commerce!
