      I am extremely impressed with the manager and personal banker at this branch. I had a very serious situation, and they were attentive and immediately ready to resolve my issue. I have never experienced a bank with such a personal touch. The manager knows his customers by name!!! This branch was recommended to me. Thank goodness because I was in dire need of correcting a mess. They were kind and more than efficient. Thank you, Commerce Bank in Truman Rd.

      It's really frustrating that you're not open on Saturdays and it says you're open and I've gone several times and you're closed and I contacted customer service and they say you're open.
