  Extraordinarily bad service at this bank! So bad I just saw my wife posting a brace of letters off to their Board of Directors, laying out a detailed list of failed efforts to: (1) open an account, (2) get a debit card, (3) get personalized checks, and (4) get online access. Short story, it took nearly four emails and three weeks to open an account. After being wrongly directed by their website to a closed location, we met the affable banker, who however was incapable of doing anything he said he would do in anything like a timely manner. Checks never came -- ever! Even after renewing the request with Mr. Affable and his supervisor Ms. Whiffleball, she just couldn't get her doggone checks. (You don't dare refer to these folks by name, as they might never work again, but at this point it is uncertain whether they have ever worked at all.) The debit card took a long time to get, and online banking was just a CF of ridiculousness. Oh, and finally, when my wife thought she might be getting a reply from Ms. Whiffleball to one of her numerous emails, it turned out to be a "cc" of an email to some other customer, whose check from a real estate company had just come in. When my wife said, "This email is someone else's" in a reply email, you know what she heard. Crickets.
