They told my husband I assaulted them and cussed at them and told my husband they were calling the police on us after they said they would help us with our check don't bank at this bank you will regret it if you do my husband went back in there they said they wouldn't do cause it wasn't around here

I was nothing short of appalled to have received notice that on 08/19/2016, Commerce Mortgage Group denied a loan application that was completed on 05/01/2016. Especially given the fact that I canceled the application by phone and email on 06/10/2016 due to a grossly inaccurate appraisal and the extremely poor customer service exhibited by two employees of Commerce Bank. It is no wonder the general public carries such a distrustful view of the banking industry with people like this able to perform their jobs in this manner.
