I've had the pleasure to be a client of Commerical Bank both on the commercial lending side (working with Chelsey F.) and business banking side (working with Sara B). My experience has been concierge where I have personal relationships with both, and I've never felt like a number or had the need to "get in line" to dial through a system. My team answers 90% of the time when I call their cell, or calls back 100% of the time very swiftly. They've got me locked as a customer!

We use Commercial bank for Business and Personal Banking. I couldn’t say more about the services that they offer and the customer service to support them. Whether it was navigating the PPP Loan rules and regulations or securing the best program and interest rate for a Business Loan. They consistently came through and were always looking out for our best interest. You couldn’t convince me to switch banks.
