      Don’t plan on anything being done in a timely manner. What started out as one of my better banking experiences - turned into a nightmare! I sent payoff check on a Friday and the follow Wednesday, no teller has yet to process. After getting the run around. I went as far as contacting shipper and got the tracking number and told them when and who received it. Fast forward- still pending, and waiting for a return call as to why this isn’t finalized.
