  I have had the worst experience with this bank I bought 70 acers of land and home with a tobacco barn in 2013 and paid 75,000 for it and I paid over 12,000 down and still owed 104,500 in 2013 at time of purchase I had lost a family member that helped pay the 600 dollar note and put 6000 in septic tank 7500 to put electric to both places and 7000 for 2 wells on property put 25000 turning the barn into an apartment and sence 2013 I have paid the note down to 62,*** in 2015 I ask to refinace to get payment reduced to an affordable price so I wouldn't lose my property. And I was denied the refinace then I get a visit from b××d oneof the employees that is rude and treats me with the worst possible attitude you could ever imagine. So needless to say I'm loosing my home and my dad's home hewas building until he passed in six years I payed over half the note off ...so I wouldn't recommend anyone to have any dealing with this money hungry heartless employees they have there solely out for themselves and have themselves solely at interest if there was a -5 * rating thats what they would get and deserve for stealing money from people that work hard for it and puts it in there money grubbing hands so ✋ and think before dealing with this company for anything ...... THANKS SO MUCH COMMIRCIAL BANK FOR ALL YOU TOOK FROM ME AND MY FAMILY........ SENSIRLY A CONCERD CUSTOMER......
