This is bar none the best bank in St. Louis, One of my closest friends kept telling me that I should switch to this bank, He always bragged about how Commercial Bank helped him achieve his financial goals and he felt like he was more than just an account number. I now understand what he was talking about. What I like most about this bank is that from the leadership down to the branch level the employees are friendly, professional and genuine. They have great offerings for Business and Personal accounts and multiple convenient locations across the St. Louis area.

While (in Ohio) driving to Washington DC to close on a condo I’m purchasing for my daughter, I was told I could wire the money for closing as long as I contacted them by 4pm. I called at 3pm and they ABSOLUTELY refused to wire the money because no one in the bank could recognize my VOICE ON THE PHONE!!!! Closing has now been postponed, I’m stuck in a rental truck with no place to put my furniture and my 19 year old daughter has no place to live. I have to fly back to St. Louis in order to get my money...and close the account. I’ve been a customer since 2003!!!!
