      If I could give less than one star I would! I purchase many properties and have been down the commercial loan process before, never before have I had a issue like this! Of course once they tell you the rate will be this much and agree, when it’s time to close the deal they jack up the rates on paper out of the blue and when I asked Carl what the reason was he simply stated “thats the way it is and that’s what they will be”, would not go into any explanation. I would not recommend going here unless you want to get played and have rates change on you!! Don’t walk run !
