  Deposits done at there leisure and lack of support after hours and weekends.inside staff is great and helpful if you can make it there during open hours.. Really sucks for the working man..

  manager was very rude and monthly fees are ridiculous, for a stay at home mother of three who just graduated college and just got her first job in 3yrs I was constantly charged monthly fees for being under the amount that you are required to have in your account. Which caused me to become overdrafted because of these fees. I told them multiple times when they called that there would be money back in the account soon because I just started a job and it would not have been overdrawn had it not been for these fees. Laurie told me that I know these come out every month and that we all have responsibilities and I need to manage them better and that it was basically not her problem. Which she is correct it is not, but she was not understanding of the situation and did not care, she told me that "if she didn't receive her money she would close the account and spoke about how this is not a one time occurrence" I will be choosing a different bank, this is not a family oriented bank and does not sympathize with struggles that working families take with young children. I did not have this problem with my previous bank. Im sorry but when it comes to my last few dollars in my account it is going to go to purchasing groceries not to a fee I have to pay just to keep my bank account. Never had this problem at the Somerset commodore, just Hebron.
