My dad has banked at the credit union for years. When we were getting his estate, accounts, etc., in order due to his illness, I called the credit union on 3 separate occasions asking them whether or not they had a transfer upon death form that we needed to complete so that everything would be filed & we wouldn’t have to worry about anything upon his passing. All 3 times, the people I spoke with (I wish I had written down their names), told me that they did not have any forms like that there and I would just need his death certificate to take care of his finances. Well, yesterday, I showed up with exactly what I was told I needed all 3 times I called and was told that what I actually needed was for my dad to have come in while he was still alive to sign a transfer upon death form with them and that the death certificate was not sufficient to be able to take care of his finances. Now, I have to make more trips, get more forms and go through the courts (all things I was trying to do up front so I could spend some time with my family). So, thank you to the people I spoke with 3 separate times for making this time which is already SO difficult, even more challenging because you were incompetent at your job.

I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Their ATM's rarely work due to "connectivity issues." You would figure a bank could afford to provide quality and reliable working ATM's for customers who trust them with their money. If you do decide to do business with them be ready to not be able to readily access your money when you need it. Happily closed the account and went somewhere that provides satisfying services. Will never go back.
