We had a dreadful experience with them. They seemed to think we were not important enough to take care of in a timely manner. The delays were frustrating and they were not forthcoming about why — in fact they didn’t return our calls when we asked for the closing date. It took pressure from us, our realtor, and our attorney to force them to finally close, weeks late.

Hello- we’re sorry for your experience. I just looked up your file and see that there was an issue with someone being out of state and needing the correct legal documents for that. Unfortunately, items like that have to be handled by the buyers and sellers attorney not by the bank so there are sometimes delays that are outside of our control. From what we can see we received the required document and closed the file the very next day. As a family owned company this is not the impression we want to want anybody to leave with and hope that possibly this clarification helps.
