      This was my first time using a mortgage broker when purchasing a home and I will never go back to working directly with a bank. I have never felt more at ease or comfortable with a process as Felicia helped us out. With my first home I remember being in the dark constantly and truly worried if everything would be complete before the scheduled closing date. Felicia was always quick to respond, keep us in the loop, and fully explain everything as it was happening. I couldn't recommend using Commonwealth more.
