      I've used both the desk and the drive thru to pay my car payment and I've always had a positive experience. The reps I've spoken to have all been pleasant and helpful

      I've used other branches and always left happy. This particular one needs a lot of improvement. Super slow service makes you feel like the customer doesn't matter. Last bad experience almost had me switch banks. Sat in drive-thru line for half hour on a Saturday behind a line of 5 cars. Three representatives inside only one open lane. Next in line, clock turns one o'clock, red light comes on. The teller acted totally rude and said, "Ummm The red light means we're closed". My whole holiday weekend was ruined because they were too lazy to open the other lane and take care of their customers.

      Terrible CU, limits how much money you can spend each day. I pay rent then my card gets declined at dinner. Way too much control over your money. I'm going back to a major bank.
