      Was in doing a simple cash advance off my card with no account. My mother was in there with me and is an account holder. Bigger guy with a ponytail and undercut was helping me and asked if we had an account and I said no just need to do a cash advance. He asked my mom for ID and she stated that they've never had to pull up her account to allow to do a cash advance to which he responded "mam you don't need to yell" my mother has hearing problems and that was very rude and inconsiderate.She did not have a tone and he did not have a right to talk to her like that. She will be closing her account and I will be finding somewhere else to take my business as well.
