      This place has went down hill, used to always go here and deal directly with April, but since she left it’s been a nightmare to do anything with them. Nikki is very rude and hangs up while still talking. I will be moving my last little bit of loans we have here to another institution!

      They just put you on hold until you decide to hang up. Longest I’ve waited is 45 min. I don’t even bother calling this branch anymore.
