I’ve only been with CFCU since Feb 2022 after being with Bison Federal Credit Union for almost 30 years. The level of customer service at BFCU declined so badly I felt compelled to find a new credit union. The staff at CFCU has bent over backwards to help me set up my accounts, inform me of all the services they offer & quickly take care of the 2 problems I had shortly after opening my accounts. The products & numerous services have some of the best rates I’ve found especially with the current economy we are in. I have recommended CFCU to several friends & clients since joining & will continue to do so.

Imagine walking into the location and waiting 5 minutes for the woman to look up from her cell phone to acknowledge you, then the location phone rings, she helps a customer, then realizes you are there. She starts helping you, then the location phone rings again and she helps the person on the phone for 5 minutes instead of you, then complains about the person she just hung up on the phone with and her attitude was horrible. They really just let anyone work here. Now im worried about trusting these people with my money. Just garbage.
