      I called communication bank, and asked about if they do commercial vehicle loans, the representative said yes. I also asked about out of state, remote co signing, they also confirmed this. Then after moving forward and having a hard credit pull, they Deny my application because turns out, not only do they not do commercial vehicles AT all, they also didn’t specify that the out of state signer must be a member as well. Awful experience that took a huge hit to my credit. I will gladly take this review down if they offer to reconcile my issues.

      People at branch are very friendly, but customer service when calling in completely unhelpful. I intentionally don’t have checks and don’t set things up to come out of my account by the routing and account number because I don’t want overdraft fees. I was informed that even if they were to decline the charge that comes in as a debit they would charge me the overdraft fee. My Credit Union merged with this one and the only reason I don’t change is that I hate changing all my information and I like the people at my original credit union branch.
