We have banked here for years. We’ve received two separate loans. The loan lady is very rude and should not have a job there. She is very unprofessional and does not deserve her job. You just lost a very long time customer because of her actions. We will no longer be banking here and are closing our accounts because of her. I am also closing my child’s account. Used to love my bank but now because of the loan lady being so unprofessional we are closing all of our accounts and going else where.

I rarely call and when I did I talked to a lady with a rude tone of voice. She wasn't that helpful and after the conversation I still didn't fully understand what was going on then she ended up saying "thanks bye" before I was even done talking.
