      I have over draft protection. I had an unauthorized charge to my checking. The Honest company gave me a refund. My bank on the other hand said it's their policy to not give refunds and to have the company that did the overdraft pay for my overdraft fee. I thanked her for helping me decide to close my account with them. Being the smart manager she is, said it's your choice to close it and very condescending said you can go to another bank. When did businesses care if they made business or not. Terrible customer care, take your money else where. Oh yes, this was just 1 of many issues I've had with this bank, this was the straw that broke the camel's back.
