      The drive thru lady for today, 9/19/19, with the glasses is so rude!! She didn’t even speak to me nor say ANYTHING while I waited for her to verify my check! Even when she cashed it she never told me to have a good day or nothing at all. Sad & pitiful. Black people smh. She needs to be a janitor or something behind the scenes instead! Horrible customer service!!

      I was at this Bank at 1:00 pm today to cash a check from my attorney's office. The check was a Community Bank check. I was told by the teller that she couldn't cash the check because everyone that verifies the checks are gone. Now mind you that my attorney's office bank with this bank and the checks that they cut are all Community Bank check. Why would you not cash your own checks??? Why is everyone that verifies checks gone at 1:00 pm on a Friday??? Why can't you cash a check that is drawn on one of your accounts?? I think that this was some B.S. but they don't ever have to worry about seeing me or my business again. P.s. I took the check to my own bank Jackson Area Credit Union and they cashed it. Then they asked why didn't Community Bank cash there own check??? I said Good Question! I can only wonder???
