This review is late, but I feel the need to help others. My mom passed in 2017 and she had her checking account here. My family needed to liquidate the account to pay her funeral, we had a lawyer and did probate. The people we dealt with were so unhelpful and outright rude. They claimed after all the legal process and everything, that they would not give us access. We felt condescended to put it politely.My mom would be ashamed of them and how they treated her sons. I am from Amory, and so was my mom, they astounded us at there unwillingness to help us at the most difficult time of our lives. I had to miss work, but eventually got a check that they told me was not able to be cashed, but me and my brothers all went to another bank and they treated us with respect and cashed it with professionalism and respect. I’m sure some have great service here, but personally, I would never give them my cash.
