      Worse bank in Greene County by far, staff straight lied to my face and stated they couldn’t see a check I cashed in my account history as if it’s not 2021, the customer service doesn’t exist and the branch managers attire would’ve been more suitable for a farmer’s market than a Branch Manager. Literally just look at the reviews they’re not lying!

      Dont mind banking here just use for minimal account use but the rare occasion when I do have a problem and call don't call the branch by the courthouse. They are rude or at least the teller Barb is very rude. Treated me like my question was ridiculous, wasn't really listening, rude in her tone and definitely attitude, didn't want to give me a solution or way to fix the problem, and started getting loud at me when she wasn't understanding my simple question because she didn't want to liseten or let me finish.
