  I`m not sure about the bank but I'm pretty sure that the doors are locked up and the driver throw and drop off box is the only thing open for right now because of safety

  WORST COMMUNITY BANK IN THE AREA!! The worst customer service! They do not even Acknowledge you. They seem to only say hi to customers they know. They are so rude I will definitely be driving out of my way just to go to the Jessup Branch. I never had a problem with them. It’s every single time I go to this branch they so SO RUDE. It’s like they give or take your money and “goodbye”. I definitely don’t bank happy at this branch. I am going to open an account back up at Fidelity Bank because they were always so nice!! If you go to this one, stop!! They are bitter ladies at this one!

  Was told she'd get back to me on the 23rd. It's now 1 hour away from closing on the 24th. I called felt like I got a lecture "she just got back she'll get to you". 1 simple Email would be nice to show they value their customers. Not even that.. Been with this bank for 2 decades and recently started to "try" and get a few dollar loan. Ya swear I'm asking them for their last $20 bill to spend on booze or something. Strongly considering pulling out
