  On Saturday 9/12/20 I checked my account (after hours) and saw that a check was debited from my community bank account. It was written to village of silver creek by a person I do not know. The check debited from my account was from an M&T account, NOT even a community bank account. On Monday 9/14/20 I called the bank and the teller said, oh yes, that's not right. She told me that it would be researched and taken care of. I asked her to call me when it was taken care of. On Tuesday 9/15 I saw the check still in my transactions (which it has nothing to do with me or my account) and there was a "miscellaneous deposit" into my account for the amount of the check. I called the bank again, and was told that the teller forgot to call me. I asked for the erroneous check transaction to be removed from my account and I was told that it cannot be removed. I told her that it was either the village of silver creek mistake or the banks mistake, and it did not belong in my account, and it seemed shady to leave it there and give me a "miscellaneous deposit" to cover their mistake. I asked to speak to the manager but she was at lunch. I asked for her to call me when she got in, and I didn't receive a call back. I have been a customer of this bank for 12 years, and now I am having serious trust issues.
