      Grt customer service! (Kerry was so very helpful & friendly...tyvm). I had a couple things i thought were going to b a pain to take care of but she really made them simple to take care of & did it w a smile. Def a grt bank!!

      I would give No stars if I could. If your a day late they charge a late fee. Never got any emails or anything saying I was late had them for years. Customer service is horrendous they will call all day long and yell at you over the phone to the point where you cant have a conversation. They also double dip and charge a late fee and a few days later charge a finance fee for being late. Tried to call and make payment was send to 3 different representatives and each said they couldn't take my payment. There website is always crashing and they don't have an app for payment or to see transactions.
