Had my acc for years, they've had my SSN wrong the entire time... with a copy of my SS card ON FILE. IMPOSSIBLE to moves funds without 3 hour circus calls. If you're not inside the bank itself, nothing will be done for you.

Use to be a decent bank to bank with but at this point I'm so ready to find a new banking institution to do business with. Don't get me wrong most of the community Bank workers are kind and try to be helpful but what they try and what they do are different things I've had different banking needs over the last few months that I've needed assistance with and they're never helpful in the situations I've needed lately to the point I'm ready to switch institutions.
