      I’ve used this bank as my primary since moving to the area. I never had any problems when it was merchants a few years ago. In the last 18mo my debit card has been “flagged for fraud” without my knowledge. Basically someone somewhere has obtained my card number somehow, the bank does a great job at shutting down the fraud.... But a horrible job about keeping me in the loop. I have never once received a call from this institution letting me know what’s going on with my account activity. I go to use my card whether it’s at a grocery store or gas station and it’s denied with a “contact financial institution” message. It’s great I have to contact them then wait for a new card to show up. I’d steer clear of them, the only reason they got two stars is because the staff in their physical location is amazing.
