  Few weeks ago pulled up to teller line 5 minutes before they closed the window as I was getting to the tunnel part the teller closed the blind in window and turned off the drive through lights was not even 12pm yet...nice customer service....Madrid NY has very nice employees though customer service there is at an excellent level

  This place is a joke. Couldnt make a loan payment because I didnt have my ID? I wasn't trying to get money out, I was giving it to them! The tellers act like its their first day on the job and some have been there for years. I have had many problems with this bank so I took my business somewhere else!
