      A friend called asking a question regarding her loan, trying to set up auto payments for her car loan. The person who answered the phone said her social wasn’t yielding any information, and then says “well this doesn’t sound like I’m talking to an Antonio”. Her name is Antonia, she’s a female. Of course she doesn’t sound like a guy. And 2, how is that any of your business? That’s super rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t even think about getting a personal loan here. Rude, inconsiderate, & unhelpful.
