  i love this bank. i’ve been going to it forever. i know a few of the people well as my grandmother worked here for years (when it was merchants) before moving onto running the one in Enosburg. this is the only bank i’ve gone to for as long as i can remember. today there was a gentleman i’d never seen before but was very quick to catch the nastiest of attitudes when i was simply asking questions and trying to solve my problem. he wasn’t even my teller and he was speaking sourly for all to hear. it was embarrassing and very frustrating. he had reddish hair i believe. but felt the need to go on quite the harsh rant making a bad situation worse. i’ll continue to come to this bank but i will now only see my regular teller. customer service is one of the biggest parts of being a teller. maybe this isn’t the best job for him.
