They gave me the mortgage on my business building 19 years ago, have loaned money to me for many vehicles and always provide the highest level of service. Today, during this crisis, they loaned money to me under the CARES Act so I can keep the doors to my business open (virtually) and to keep my valued employees on the payroll.       Every one has decent to exceptional customer service here except Toni. I do not understand why.....in particular when I go there she is always cold to me. I have caught her being nice to other people, numerous times. She has a very bad attitude for someone working at a bank with my money it. I will never deposit another check here again. She should be working at a DMV.
