      Community Bank of the South (Cocoa) is on their game in service and help. The people that work there are so friendly always with a smile on their face. I recommend this bank in Cocoa Florida.

      The workers at this branch are completely nasty and rude. I called this bank to ask the how to get my Money back that was transferred to an old debit card. The women didn't want to help me. At ALL. I wS telling her why I was calling and she kept talking over me. She would not let me get out a word. All she kept doing was well what do you want me to do.. well I want you to do your job. And listen to what I'm trying to say. Then she told me to hold on came back to the phone yelled that she wasn't helping me call another branch. Then hung up. For as old as she sounded she was very immature and unprofessional. It's not a family welcoming business that's for sure.
