  Community Bank & Trust offers many financial services that help make banking easier. However, what makes this bank EXTRA special and sets them apart from all of the other banks here in Waco...is the customer service! The team at the Washington location is amazing! Brenda, Kim, Salvador, Ramon.... you guys deserve extra recognition. Thanks for always being helpful and taking care of your customers.Thank You CB&T!

  This is a bank that will find ways to penny pinch. Their overdraft is already high then they want to charge interest on top of the over draft charge for months after it's been paid apparently. I wouldn't recommend them. I am changing banks after 5 years. With everything going up this is a new low even for a bank. I haven't had but maybe 3 in the past 5 years and then interest on the overdraft isn't much but it's the principal, it's a bank I get it, but this penny pinching is ridiculous and laughable at the same time. Are they doing so bad they gotta find ways to get squeeze pennies from the accounts of their loyal customers? One thing comes to mind when thinking about this policy... THEY ARE A CRUMB A$$ BANK! #TAKINGCRUMBSFROMTHEPOOR!

  Hi Ben! Today we will be refunding not only the $30 charge you incurred in January for the overdraft check you wrote that we elected to pay on your behalf instead of returning the check to the payee. You’ll also notice that we are also refunding the $0.11 and $0.03 overdraft interest charges from January and February that you also incurred because of the overdrafts that you created on your account. In addition, we noticed that you are routinely paying a $0.10 (which looks to be 10% of the small transaction) surcharge to the vending machine company every time you use your debit card at a vending machine, and we will be refunding you those $0.10 surcharges that you paid to the vending machine company in the month of February. We are doing that simply as a learning moment for you. Those will total $2.25 for the one month of February. In total, we will be refunding you $32.39 today. Hope this helps you out! Next time, in lieu of a Google review, simply call us at 753-1521 and we will be happy to sit down and counsel with you and show you first hand the many other ways that you are wasting your hard earned money. We prefer to do that face to face rather than on Google.
