I have banked here for many years and recently had some questions about check holds and e-deposits. Sheila called me back and helped answer all of my questions very clearly. She also took the time to explain many other great features available which was great information to help me save time and money. I was previous member of FCE Credit Union when they merged with Comm Choice Credit Union several years ago. In the time that I have been working with Comm Choice they have been excellent to work with. Staff is always very courteous and the branch atmosphere is one of having fun at work. This includes dressing up for Halloween( whole office was characters from the Addams Family this yr) and they provide free popcorn on Fridays. Also when you bring change in they help you pour it into the counter and there is no fee. My wifes DFCU CU charges 3-5%. I rarely need to go into the lobby but whenever I do it always brightens my day!

Opened a new account today and found the staff on duty just rude. I had heard good things so I came in. Big mistake. I will withdraw my money tomorrow.
