  My Personal Banker La'Asia (Livonia branch-farmington road) was fantastic, superb and excellent. Her customer service was excellenet and she was attentive to all my banking needs. She deserves a raise and people like her should always be hired! Please acknowledge her! She is now my personal banker.

  I was given information to set up an account from my other bank to pay a credit card. The process failed twice. No one was able to help resolve this. I called back to make a payment. I gave my banks routing/account number. After being told that everything was all set and payment is in, I get a phone call today (a week later) and was told I need to make a payment. I said I already made it, they confirmed it was marked in the notes but they never processed it. so now they need my banking information again, and I said where is the information I gave last time? very frustrating. I am on vacation with my family and won't be in town until next week. The lady told me that I need to look up my information now and call back to give it to them. I said where was the information I gave you? she said they don't have it. I said I'm out of town and don't have access to my routing/account number. she said you need to get the information and contact us back or we will call you. I went over to Chase and it has been nothing but great experience. I have had several other issues with them. One of them was when I went to close my daughters accounts and pull the money and they didn't even need my ID or anything to process this. I gave the account number and they handed me their money. This was concerning with their security process with handling accounts/funds.
